Technological properties
Forging temperature, °C: beginning of 1200, the end 850. Cross-section up to 350 mm cooled in air.
Weldability — welded without restriction. Welding methods: SMAW electrodes CL-11, CT-15 (providing corrosion resistance), DH-26 (used as heat-resistant no requirements ICC), ESW. Recommended subsequent heat treatment.
Machinability — Kv TV. SPL = 0.85 and Kv b. St = 0.35 in the quenched state in HB 169 and σin = 610 MPa.
