Modern food industry is impossible without aluminum. But not all products are regulated by GOST. Ingots for manufacturing of products and equipment in contact with food products shall be labelled in the absence of a color marking additional letter «P» after the designation of the grade alloy.

Reglementary the manufacture of household utensils of sheet aluminium Cookware should be made of sheets and strips of aluminum AD1 brands, the HELL with the chemical composition according to GOST 4784, aluminum grades A7. SNIP in Ukraine

In Ukraine there Are Sanitary norms and rules 42−123−4240−86. «Allowed number of migration (DCM) of chemical substances emitted from polymer and other materials in contact with food products and methods of their definition». The document is the norm DCM metals, polymers allocated, but no rules DKM for metal products.

Certification

The main document is approved by the Ministry of health of the USSR from 7.VIII.79 № 123−12.328−7 with additions RTM 27−72−15−82 «the Order of application of metals and other synthetic materials contacting with food products and environments». To the permission of the USSR Ministry of health materials for finishes refer still SNIP (sanitary norms and rules) for the food industry.
