33NK ribbon, round, wire
An important technological value of materials of precision cannot be overestimated. Today they are the solid Foundation that ensures continuous development and improvement of the whole industrial complex. Because of the special requirements for the construction and the permanent control in the absence of harmful impurities in the finished product, and percentage compliance of each component of the alloy to the requirements of normative documentation, the result of the smelting process becomes receiving new-generation material with high parameters of working and performance.
Characteristics of the alloy 33NK
The alloy 33NK refers to a variety of materials with controlled coefficient of thermal expansion. This characteristic of the raw material varies from six to nine units per degree and remains constant for a wide temperature range from minus to plus seventy four seventy degrees Celsius. Also, this material has high value of melting temperature (to one thousand four hundred and fifty degrees). Because of their specific features this alloy is used in the connection of structural elements of ceramic, mica or glass. It should be noted that in the manufacture of new equipment, the material of this brand is not recommended, it is most commonly used in the process of repairs of existing equipment.

Indicators of weldability
The alloy has limitations in terms of weldability | The welding process requires some advance preparation (preheating contacting surfaces to one hundred or one hundred and twenty degrees, and subsequent heat treatment suture zone) |
The welded alloy has no restrictions | Not require additional surgery |
Difficult weldable material | The necessary heating of the contact surfaces up to a few hundred degrees, the subsequent annealing and heat treatment after welding process |
