Properties
This nickel-based raw material has a unique resistance to corrosion. Therefore, Inconel 601 refers to the type of hard-to-weld raw materials, which limits its use for the formation of welded structures. A sufficiently high index of the strength of the material, even when exposed to elevated temperatures, explains its application in those industries where aluminum and some special steels have suffered complete damage.
